Birthday party requests will receive a response within 5 business days.

All birthday party bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit (once confirmed) to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to your total party cost. A $20 daily fee will be added to invoices not paid by their due date.

I confirm that my party is not confirmed by filling out this form until I receive a booking confirmation email from 'To the Moon and Back.'

At To the Moon and Back we welcome parents to attend parties and enjoy the celebration alongside their children. Please note, however, that parents are responsible for supervising their own children during parties. Recently, we’ve noticed increasing damage and excessive mess left behind, which makes it difficult for us to prepare the town in time for our next booking. Because of this, an additional $25 fee will apply if it takes us longer than 30 minutes to tidy up after a party.

Party Cancellation Policy – To the Moon and Back

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our customers. However, due to limited party availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. Once a party is booked, the deposit secures your date and time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
More than 14 days before the party date: You may cancel your party, but your deposit will not be refunded.
7-14 days before the party date: If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will not be refunded, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Extreme Weather Policy

In cases of severe weather where we determine it is unsafe to open, To the Moon and Back will close the premises and offer you a new date for your party at no additional charge.

0-7 Days before party date and No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled party and have not provided prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. Cancellations between 0-7 days before your party will be invoiced at the final amount in full.
