All birthday party bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied to your total party cost.​

Party Cancellation Policy – To the Moon and Back

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our customers. However, due to limited party availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

Deposits & Cancellations

• All deposits are non-refundable. Once a party is booked, the deposit secures your date and time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• More than 14 days before the party date: You may cancel your party, but your deposit will not be refunded. 

• 0-14 days before the party date: If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will not be refunded, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. 

Extreme Weather Policy

• In cases of severe weather where we determine it is unsafe to open, To the Moon and Back will close the premises and offer you a new date for your party at no additional charge.

No-Shows

• If you do not show up for your scheduled party and have not provided prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
