At To the Moon and Back we welcome parents to attend parties and enjoy the celebration alongside their children. Please note, however, that parents are responsible for supervising their own children during parties. Recently, we’ve noticed increasing damage and excessive mess left behind, which makes it difficult for us to prepare the town in time for our next booking. Because of this, an additional $25 fee will apply if it takes us longer than 30 minutes to tidy up after a party.
Party Cancellation Policy – To the Moon and Back
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our customers. However, due to limited party availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
Deposits & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a party is booked, the deposit secures your date and time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
More than 14 days before the party date: You may cancel your party, but your deposit will not be refunded.
7-14 days before the party date: If you cancel within this timeframe, your deposit will not be refunded, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Extreme Weather Policy
0-7 Days before party date and No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled party and have not provided prior notice, the booking will be considered canceled, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. Cancellations between 0-7 days before your party will be invoiced at the final amount in full.
