To facilitate a seamless experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to receive a full refund for your booking.

In the event that you are unable to give us this notice and there are less than 48 hours remaining before your scheduled session, we are more than happy to offer the option to reschedule the play session for a later date that works for you.
